These terms apply to orders placed through any Millie Collective storefront, including branded white-label storefronts operated for our restaurant and venue partners. Millie Collective (also doing business as Millie Desserts, milliedesserts.com) is the merchant of record for every checkout.
Orders
All cakes are baked to order in Toronto. The minimum lead time is 48 hours from order confirmation. Some add-ons (custom toppers, hand-painted designs) require additional lead time, which is shown on the product page before checkout.
Pricing & payment
Prices are listed in Canadian dollars and include applicable taxes where shown. We accept credit and debit card payments through Stripe or Square, depending on the storefront. Payment is captured at the time the order is placed. We do not store cardholder data.
Delivery & pickup
Toronto deliveries are completed by Trexity. Pickup is available at our partner venues for orders placed through their branded storefronts. Specific pickup instructions are sent in the order confirmation email.
Allergens
All cakes contain dairy and gluten unless otherwise noted. Our kitchen is nut-free unless nuts are explicitly added to your order. See our allergens page for full details. We cannot guarantee a fully allergen-free environment.
Refunds & cancellations
See our refund policy for the full schedule. In short: free cancellation more than 72 hours before pickup, 50% refund 48 to 72 hours before, no refund inside 48 hours.
Partner storefronts
When you place an order through a branded storefront (for example, a hotel or restaurant's cake-ordering page), you are contracting with Millie Collective. The partner venue may handle pickup logistics on our behalf. Refunds and customer service are managed by Millie Collective regardless of which storefront you used.
