Allergens
Millie Collective bakes every cake by hand in a shared kitchen in Toronto. Here's what to know before ordering.
What's in (almost) every cake
- Dairy: butter, cream, milk, or cream cheese appear in every cake on the menu.
- Gluten: wheat flour is used in every cake.
- Eggs: in most cakes. Crepe cakes, sponge cakes, and most fillings contain eggs.
- Soy: may appear in chocolate (soy lecithin). We use chocolate that lists soy.
Nuts
Our kitchen is nut-free by default. We do not work with peanuts, tree nuts, or nut-based pastes unless they are specifically added to your order (for example, a hazelnut or pistachio cake). If you have a nut allergy, avoid those flavours and let us know in the order notes.
Vegan and gluten-free
Vegan options are available on request. Email hello@milliecollective.com with your event date and flavour preferences and we'll let you know what's possible. Gluten-free is not currently offered.
Cross-contact
Because everything is made in the same kitchen, we cannot guarantee a fully allergen-free product. If you have a severe allergy, please email us before ordering so we can talk through the specific ingredients in the cake you're considering.
Custom requests
