Millie Collective (operating as Millie Desserts, milliedesserts.com) respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect when you place an order through any of our storefronts, including branded white-label storefronts run for our restaurant and venue partners.
What we collect
- Name, email, and phone number you provide at checkout.
- Order details: the cake, customization choices, pickup or delivery date, and delivery address if applicable.
- Payment confirmation from Stripe or Square. We do not see or store your full card number; payment processors handle that securely.
- Basic analytics about how you use our site (page views, device type).
How we use it
- Fulfilling your order: baking, scheduling pickup or delivery, contacting you if we have questions.
- Sending order confirmation and status emails.
- Coordinating with the partner venue when you order through a branded storefront, limited to what they need (your name, pickup date, and order contents).
- Improving our menu, site, and operations.
Who we share with
- Payment processors: Stripe or Square, to take your payment.
- Delivery couriers: Trexity, for Toronto deliveries. They receive your name, phone number, and delivery address.
- Partner venues: when you order through a branded storefront, the partner sees the order so they can prepare for your pickup. They do not see your payment details.
- We do not sell or rent your information.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. Email hello@milliecollective.com and we'll respond within 30 days. Some records, such as completed order transactions, are retained for tax and accounting purposes.
Cookies
We use a small number of cookies and browser storage entries to remember what's in your cart and keep you signed in to checkout. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
