Refund & Cancellation Policy

Made to order

Every Millie Collective cake is baked to order with a minimum 48-hour lead time. We start sourcing fresh ingredients and prepping your cake the moment your order is confirmed, so cancellation windows are tight.

Cancellations

  • More than 72 hours before pickup or delivery: full refund to the original payment method.
  • 48 to 72 hours before: 50% refund. Half of the order has already been spent on ingredients and prep time.
  • Less than 48 hours before: non-refundable. The cake is in production and cannot be re-sold.

Changes to your order

Need to change a message, colour, or pickup time? Email hello@milliecollective.com with your order number. We can usually accommodate small changes up to 48 hours before pickup. Flavour or size changes may not be possible once production has started.

If something is wrong with your cake

We bake every cake by hand and inspect each one before it leaves the kitchen. If anything is wrong on arrival, take a photo and email us within 24 hours of pickup or delivery. We'll make it right with a refund, credit, or replacement, depending on the situation.

Delivery issues

Toronto deliveries are dispatched through Trexity. If a delivery is delayed by the courier or address details were entered incorrectly, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll work with you on a resolution but cannot guarantee a refund for courier delays outside our control.
