At least 48 hours before pickup or delivery. Some add-ons (custom toppers, hand-painted designs, large tiered cakes) need more lead time. The product page shows the earliest date you can choose at checkout.

Yes. Most designs let you choose a colour palette and add a custom message card or topper directly on the product page. For tier counts or designs not listed online, email hello@milliecollective.com with your event date and we'll quote you directly.

Yes. All cakes contain dairy and gluten by default, and most contain eggs. Our kitchen is nut-free unless nuts are specifically added to your order. We do not currently offer vegan or gluten-free options. Full allergen breakdown.

Both. Toronto deliveries are handled by Trexity, with the fee shown at checkout. Pickup is available at the partner venue listed on the storefront you ordered through, or at our Adelaide or Markham locations. Pickup time and address are confirmed in your order confirmation email.

Free cancellation more than 72 hours before pickup, 50% refund 48 to 72 hours before, no refund inside 48 hours (the cake is in production). Read the full refund policy or email us with your order number to make changes.

Use the order lookup page with your email and order number (sent in your confirmation email). For delivery-day questions, email us and reference your order number.

Credit and debit cards through Stripe or Square, depending on the storefront. Payment is captured at checkout. We do not store card numbers; payment processors handle that securely.

Yes. For 25+ guests, recurring orders, or hosting a tasting, email hello@milliecollective.com with your event date and headcount and we'll send a custom quote.
